The mission at City of Refuge Pulaski is to bring light, hope and transformation to individuals, families, and our community. Our four impact areas are: Health & Wellness, Youth Development, Workforce, and Development & Supportive Housing. You will want to be a part of this special night of Southern food and music, silent auction, raffle, and hearing personally from the Founder of City of Refuge Atlanta, Bruce Deel. Officially 7 years as City of Refuge Pulaski. Make plans to celebrate with us on October 17th at our Gathering 2026 at the Church of God, 1621 Bob White Blvd. Pulaski, VA 24301 from 5pm - 8pm. This is our 5th Gala Event and it will be a fun night of Celebration!

The Gathering Raffle
After raising over $8,000 for City of Refuge Pulaski through four annual meticulously crafted quilt raffles, quilter Elaine Gehrz is retiring the tradition with her most ambitious piece yet. Her final creation, “Christmas Storm at Sea,” is a one-of-a-kind, 92-inch quilt valued at more than $2,500 that will be raffled at the organization’s October 17 gala.
