We are excited to host a full day of exciting pickleball competition. 100% of the proceeds will go towards the food bank operation expansion project. Sunday June 9 has been reserved in case of weather disruptions/delays on June 8. Please register early as space is limited.

About the Tournament

Fixed partner doubles tournament. You may register without a partner (however we strongly encourage you to have your partner when you register and have your partner name you when they register). We will do our best to assign partners closer to the tournament date.

Adults: Two LEVELS of play

• Chill (aimed at 3.0 (out of 10) and below level players)

• Intense (aimed at 3.5 and above level players)

Within each level, there are 3 DIVISIONS (adults may choose 1 or 2 divisions to play within the same level)

• Men’s doubles division

• Women’s doubles division

• Mixed doubles division

Youth (Under 16): One level of play

• All levels of play are welcome to come join in.

• Basic understanding of the rules ( have at least played a time or two).

• This will be subject to enough teams registering in this category.

FORMAT

Mix of pool play and then medal round for Gold, Silver and Bronze winners within each Level/Division.

Teams will be guaranteed 4 games, based on number of registrants.

Appropriate balls will be provided for the tournament, but you must bring your own paddles.

Games played to 11, win by 2

We will have light concessions available on site. Please plan to bring you own chairs!

Men’s double - Pool play 8:30 am - 12:15 pm

Women’s doubles - Pool play 8:30 am - 12:15 pm

Youth Division 10:00 am until finished

Mixed doubles - Pool play 12:20 pm - 2:30 pm

Medal rounds - Men 3:15 pm - 5:00pm

Medal rounds - Women 3:15 pm - 5:00pm

Medal rounds - Mixed 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

ENTRY FEE

Payment in full is required to complete the registration process.

Adult: $30.00 for one event $45.00 for two events

Youth: $10.00

Registration closes June 1, or when all spots have been filled.
